  • Tuesday, November 8, 7:00 a.m. -- 8:00 p.m.: City of Newton Elections Elections for Board of Aldermen and School Committe The City of Newton Board of Elections is providing Sample Ballots for all wards.
    You can find out what your ward and precinct are, andwhere your polling place is by going to the City of Newton's "Where Do I Vote" page. Information about Absentee Ballots is available at the city's site.
    The Newton League of Women Voters' Voter's Guide is available on the Newton Tab website. A text version containing all the information in one "page" is also available.
  • Wednesday, November 9, at 9:30 a.m.: Greater Boston Seniors Computer Group meeting at the Newton Senior Center, 345 Walnut St, Newtonville. "Repair, Upgrade or Replace: What to do with an old computer". Michelle Hache of Plug 'n Play. will be the speaker.
