Ornithologist, and Susan Abele, Jackson Homestead
Curator, as they lead a morning
walk through the cemetery. Honor Charles Maynard, Newton's
naturalist on his birthday. Reservations needed.
Walk held rain or shine. Meet at the cemetery, 791 Walnut St.
(between Walnut and Beacon Streets). Admission: $5.00, ($3.00 for
members)

Tikkun Leyl Shavuot,
evening services and study sessions at Temple Reyim.
- Friday, May 17th, at 9:30 a.m.:
Shavuot Services and
Ice Cream Kiddush. Men, women and children
are invited to celebrate the holiday of
Shavuot at Beth Menachem Chabad. Services,
including the reading of the Ten Commandments,
begin at 9:30 a.m, followed by kiddush. For more information,

Ceremonies at various memorial sites in the morning, culminating in
the Memorial Day Parade at 2:00 p.m.. Parade route:
Assemble at 1:15 at Washington Street and Adams Street. March to Walnut Street, Right on Walnut Street, Right on Watertown Street to Colletti / Magni Park.
