"Real Time
Communication Using the Internet": Two members of our Board of Directors, Eve Welts and Charlie Moir,
(a couple of self described computer geeks) will describe and demonstrate various forms of communication using
the computer and some of the many features available.
These will include Instant messaging: AOL, Yahoo, and MSN Messenger, and how to use them for voice
communication and video (as available) . They will also talk about voice (VOIP) communication using Skype
(a free download phone with audio and video capabilities, including conferencing and file transfer.)
The GBSCG does not provide computer classes. Dues are $3 per meeting or
$20 per year.
