• Friday, July 6, from from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Friday Farmers' Market opens for the summer.
• Sunday, July 8, 6:15 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.: White Heat Swing Orchestra. 15 piece orchestra playing the swing and jazz of the 30's and 40's.
  Part of the Sunday Evening Heritage Festival at the Newton Centre Green.
• Tuesday, July 10:
  • at 1:00 p.m.: Michael Zerphy. Music, juggling, humor and a zany style keeps the audience delightfully engaged.
    Part of the Tuesdays for Children program at the Newton Cultural Center,225 Nevada Street, Newtonville.
  • at 1:30 p.m.: The Tuesday Farmers' Market opens for the summer (until October 31)
• Thursday, July 12, at 1:00 p.m.: David Polansky. Singer, trumpeter and music teacher for Arts in the Parks, with a high energy fun performance.
  Part of the Thursdays for Children program at Ware's Cove, Auburndale.
• Sunday, July 15, 6:15 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.: Mystic Chorale. A concert that envelops the audience in the power and joy of music from all over the world.
  Part of the Sunday Evening Heritage Festival at the Newton Centre Green.
Tuesday, July 17, at 1:00 p.m.: Benjamin the Clown. Trained with the Moscow Circus, Benjamin mixes breathtaking juggling with comedy.

• Thursday, July 19, at 1:00 p.m.: Gerwick Puppets. Len Gerwick brings his charming puppets to perform "The Missing Woodpile".

• Sunday, July 22, 6:15 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.: Edwin Pabon y su Orquesta.

  Authentic Salsa band complete with teaachers to get the audience up and dancing.

• Sunday, July 29, 6:15 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.: Wildest Dreams. Andy Holiner and Alice Johnson with their irresistible blend of African downbeats, rollicking calypso, roots reggae and R&B.
